Common Questions

How do I get access to Porrtl?

Porrtl is currently invite-only. Your company administrator can add you from the Team management screen. If you don’t know who your administrator is, email us and we’ll help you find them.

I can’t sign in.

Make sure you’re using the email address your administrator invited. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email us with your full name and company name and we’ll restore access.

The app is showing the wrong data or seems slow.

Force-close the app and reopen it — Porrtl updates over the air and sometimes needs a fresh launch to apply the latest version. If that doesn’t help, email us with a brief description of what you’re seeing and we’ll investigate.
